Yes! Vale East offers furnished apartments. Bedroom furnishings include a mattress and bed frame, study desk, nightstand, and dresser or storage unit. Before shopping for move-in, contact our team to confirm mattress dimensions and the complete furniture package for your selected apartment, including shared living areas.

An individual lease is a separate agreement for a resident’s assigned space rather than one joint lease signed by all roommates for the entire apartment. Vale East offers individual leases, and our team can explain the payment obligations, shared-area responsibilities, and other terms in your student’s agreement.

Contact our leasing team to review the qualification requirements and determine whether a guarantor is needed for your student’s application. We can explain the guarantor process and the information required before you begin.

Required documentation may depend on the applicant’s circumstances and whether a guarantor is involved. Contact our leasing team for the current application checklist so you know which identification, financial information, and supporting documents to prepare.

Before signing, review the pricing and included services for your selected apartment with our leasing team. We can help clarify the utilities or services included in your agreement, and any charges billed separately. Families should review the Community Fee Guide and their student’s lease for charges beyond base rent. Ask about application and administrative charges, utilities, parking, pet-related costs, and any other applicable fees. It’s also helpful to budget for groceries, transportation, cleaning products, and personal supplies.

Residents can make payments through the Resident Portal. Our team can assist with accessing the portal and explain available payment methods and any associated processing fees. Yes! Vale East offers resident parking, including reserved parking options. Parking is managed through Reliant Parking, and permits are required. Contact our leasing team for current availability, pricing, and help securing a reserved space.

Yes. Residents must obtain a parking permit through Reliant Parking. Our leasing team can assist with registration and explain the permit requirements before move-in.

Visitors should confirm guest parking instructions with the leasing office before arriving. Our team can explain where guests may park and any applicable Reliant Parking registration requirements.

Residents can submit maintenance requests through the Resident Portal. Describe the issue, where it is located, and any relevant details to help our on-site team understand the concern. Contact the office if you need assistance submitting a request.

For urgent maintenance concerns, call the community office and follow the instructions provided for reaching maintenance assistance, including after-hours directions. For an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911.

Yes! Vale East is a pet-friendly community. We utilize a third-party pet screening service to process all pet applications. Please contact our leasing office for further details. 

Pet fees and monthly pet rent apply. Contact the leasing office for current amounts, pet limits, applicable restrictions, and required documentation. Confirm that all necessary steps are complete before bringing your pet to the community.

Bring bedding that fits the provided mattress, pillows, towels, toiletries, hangers, cookware, dishes, utensils, cleaning products, laundry supplies, school supplies, and chargers. Personal décor can help your student settle in, too. Coordinate shared kitchen and household items with roommates to avoid duplicates, and confirm furniture dimensions before purchasing larger items.

Review your move-in instructions and confirm with the leasing team that all required documents, signatures, and payments have been completed. Ask about any applicable insurance, utility, vehicle, or pet requirements, along with your check-in arrangements and key pickup instructions.

Review your lease and the community’s move-out instructions well before your planned departure. Confirm notice requirements, cleaning expectations, how to return keys and access devices, and any steps needed to close out your account. Provide a forwarding address and contact the office with questions about the process.
